The courses are taught in English. They combine an academic/theoretical component supported by concrete examples of international projects, and role-playing exercises.
Online distance learning mode :
Allows you to benefit from both synchronous learning (online live access to lectures) and asynchronous learning (access at any time to lectures video recording) from the comfort of your home or office
However, please note that, in case you wish to attend in person one or several of the course lectures in Paris, no seat is guaranteed. Seats are limited and reserved to those who registered for the in-person learning mode. Should you wish to attend in-person, you will have to notify the course coordinator about your interest to attend a particular lecture/session in-person in Paris, who will then let you know whether it is possible to do so depending on seat availabilities at the time.
In-person learning mode :

However, your in-person attendance to each lecture is mandatory. An absence will be only authorized on the basis of duly justified and valid force majeure reasons (sickness, family bereavement, etc.). Workload, professional missions or other similar work-related reasons are not considered as valid reasons to miss a lecture. The LLM course is designed for persons who combine their studies with their own professional occupation, and who are accordingly expected to set aside the necessary times in their individual calendar to attend lectures. The yearly programme of lectures is communicated to each student at the start of the LLM course, so that each student can accordingly book well ahead the necessary time slots in their respective calendar over the year.
Exams are taken remotely for everyone.
